We are looking for a Bilingual French & English Customer Support Representative to join an international team in Portugal. You will support customers of a leading global brand in French and English. The role starts with on-site training and nesting, and continues in a hybrid model depending on your performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers in French and English
• Resolve customer queries, aiming for first-contact resolution
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience on every interaction
• Adapt quickly to new processes and tools during training and nesting

Requirements

• Fluent French
• Fluent English
• Customer support experience is an advantage
• Strong communication skills
• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate
