Technical Support Representative – Dutch Market | Lisbon, Portugal

Cross Border Talents is looking for Dutch-speaking professionals to join a technical support team in Portugal!

In this role, you'll help customers use cloud-based software designed to support legal and accounting professionals in Belgium and the Netherlands.

What you'll do:

• Provide technical support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone and email.
• Troubleshoot technical, functional, and performance-related issues.
• Create and manage support cases in a CRM system.
• Investigate customer issues and identify possible solutions.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments.
• Deliver a professional, friendly, and customer-focused experience.

What we're looking for:

• Fluent Dutch language skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A willingness to learn new software and technical processes.
• Previous customer support or technical support experience is an advantage.

Working conditions:

• Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
• Rotational shifts from Monday to Friday, within the scheduled operating hours.
