Your Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, mainly through inbound calls.
• Guide users through account registration and balance management.
• Explain how the app works and how to access its different benefits.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer support.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent or native-level French.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• A helpful attitude and willingness to learn.

What We Offer

• Hybrid work arrangement.
• Welcome bonus of €2,000, paid in monthly instalments throughout the first year.
• Food allowance of €7.63 per working day.
