You'll support customers in both Italian and English, respond to their questions and help create a positive service experience. Every interaction is an opportunity to make someone's day a little easier.

The practical details

Location: Porto, Portugal
Work setup: On-site
Schedule: Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday, covering a 24/7 operation
Days off: Two rotating days off per week
Night shifts: Occasional shifts from 22:00 to 07:00 may be required.

Please note that the role involves shift rotation, including occasional night work.
