Cross Border Talents is looking for Danish-speaking Customer Service Agents to join an international team supporting customers of innovative household technology products.

Enjoy the flexibility of remote work while helping customers find the right products, resolve technical questions, and enjoy a seamless customer experience.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound customer inquiries related to products, sales, after-sales service, and deliveries.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and guide customers through practical solutions.
• Assist with orders, delivery issues, warranty claims, refunds, and replacements.
• Use digital diagnostic tools to identify issues and provide effective support.
• Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Recommend suitable products and support customers throughout their purchasing journey.
• Escalate complex cases when necessary.

What we're looking for

• Native-level or C1+ Danish proficiency.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Good computer skills and confidence using multiple applications and virtual desktops.
• An interest in technology and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• A willingness to learn about innovative products and digital tools.
