Are you passionate about digital marketing and customer support? We are seeking an Italian-speaking professional with paid campaign management experience to support customers in the digital advertising sector.

Your Responsibilities

• Support customers with digital advertising tools and services.
• Help troubleshoot campaign-related questions and issues.
• Explain platform features and provide practical guidance.
• Ensure a professional and customer-focused support experience.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Italian and English.
• Experience in paid campaign management and digital marketing.
• A degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in customer service or a contact centre supporting an advertising technology company.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital advertising fundamentals.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
