Cross Border Talents is seeking a customer-focused professional who understands the digital world and knows how to communicate with clarity.

This role combines customer service with an advertising technology environment. You'll support customers while drawing on your familiarity with digital marketing and paid campaigns.

Your experience

Fluent Portuguese and English
Previous experience in paid campaign management
Background in digital marketing
Experience in a contact centre or service programme related to advertising technology
Familiarity with social media products and basic digital advertising concepts

The practical side

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal
• Work model: On-site
• Initial shifts: 07:00–16:00 or 10:00–19:00, scheduled between Monday and Sunday
• Possible future schedule: 24/7 rotational shifts with two rotating days off; details are still to be confirmed
• Relocation: Not offered
