French-speaking Customer Service Advisor | Braga, Portugal

Cross Border Talents is looking for a French-speaking customer service professional who enjoys helping people and finding practical solutions.

What will you do?

• Answer customer calls about order status and tracking.
• Provide updates on deliveries, shipping times and delays.
• Help customers with product availability questions.
• Assist with order changes, cancellations, returns and exchanges.
• Handle complaints professionally and look for suitable solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to resolve issues.

What we're looking for

• Fluent French.
• Excellent communication skills, empathy and a team-oriented mindset.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.

The essentials

• Location: Braga, Portugal
• Work model: On-site
• Schedule: Monday to Saturday, with Sundays and one additional rotating day off.
