Cross Border Talents is looking for a Hebrew-speaking professional to support businesses and advertising agencies using digital advertising tools.

Your impact

• Support small and medium-sized businesses through email, chat and outbound calls.
• Help users resolve technical issues and understand platform features.
• Guide advertisers through self-service products and tools.
• Identify recurring problems and help improve the customer experience.
• Manage multiple support tools while keeping cases organised.

What you'll need

• Hebrew and English language skills.
• An interest in technology and digital advertising.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to multitask and take ownership of customer enquiries.

Working arrangements

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal
• Work model: On-site
• Hours: 40 hours per week, on rotating shifts between 06:00 and 00:00, Monday to Sunday
• Training: 15 working days, followed by a practical nesting period
