About the Role

Are you fluent in French and enjoy helping customers? We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Representative to join a telecommunications project in Porto, Portugal.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys assisting customers and delivering a positive service experience in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with enquiries in French
• Provide clear information and guidance on customer requests
• Help resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout each interaction
• Communicate effectively while following established service procedures

Requirements

• Fluent French, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach
• Flexibility to work shifts between 07:00 and 19:00, Monday to Saturday
• Must reside within 30 km of Porto, Portugal
