Your responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from Italian-speaking customers
• Present and sell subscription plans and products
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable offers
• Use upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
• Answer questions, address concerns, and maintain positive customer relationships
• Work towards sales targets in a dynamic, customer-focused environment

• Italian language proficiency
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive, positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset
• Confidence when presenting products and handling objections
• Motivation to work towards targets and learn about new products
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts
