About the job French-Speaking Travel Experience Advisor
We're looking for a customer-focused Travel Experience Advisor who speaks fluent French to join our dynamic team in Sofia. You'll be the go-to support for travelers and hosts, helping create smooth and enjoyable experiences by handling inquiries and resolving issues across multiple channels.
What Youll Do:

Support customers via phone, chat, and email

Ensure clear and empathetic communication between guests and hosts

Address and resolve concerns or complaints in a timely manner

Escalate complex cases when necessary

Provide exceptional service in French, with support in English as needed
What Were Looking For:

Fluency in French (C1C2 level)

Strong English communication skills (B2 or higher)

Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays

Prior customer support experience is a plus, but not required
