Cross Border Talents is currently looking for a Digital Sales Representative with Czech or Slovak and English for an international technology project in Kraków.

In this role, you will work with existing B2B clients, helping them optimise their digital advertising campaigns and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and grow their business.

Responsibilities

• Analyse clients' advertising accounts and identify opportunities for campaign optimisation and improved performance.
• Develop recommendations and strategies to help clients achieve better advertising results.
• Communicate with existing B2B clients and provide guidance and consultations regarding their advertising activities.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client accounts and increase sales through upselling.
• Recommend relevant digital marketing strategies and support clients in implementing them.
• Achieve individual and team sales and performance targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Stay up to date with trends in the digital advertising and technology industries.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in B2B advertising campaign optimisation.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SaaS, IT, cloud or other digital/technology-related solutions is an advantage.
• Czech or Slovak at B2+/C1 level or above.
• English at B2 level or above.
• Good sales and communication skills.
• Experience working towards sales targets or KPIs.
• Customer-oriented and results-driven approach.
• Good knowledge of computers and digital tools.
• Ability to analyse information and provide practical recommendations.
• Based in Kraków or willing to relocate to the Kraków area.

• 9,000–10,000 PLN gross/month + monthly KPI-based bonus
• Hybrid work: 3 days in the office + 2 days from home
• Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00
