Cross Border Talents is looking for a Dutch-speaking professional who enjoys helping customers, solving problems and making online shopping easier.

What will you do?

• Assist customers via phone and email.
• Help resolve questions related to orders, deliveries, payments, refunds and returns.
• Communicate with external sellers to help resolve customer issues.
• Provide information about digital products.
• Escalate complex cases and redirect enquiries to the appropriate departments.

What we're looking for

• Dutch at C2 level.
• English at B2 level or above.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence using computer systems and handling customer information responsibly.
• A proactive, customer-oriented attitude.

The practical details

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal
• Schedule: Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 23:00
• Working hours: 40 hours per week, with 8 working hours per day plus a lunch break
• Training: 6 working days, 8 hours per day
• Work model: To be confirmed during recruitment
