French & English-speaking Technical Support Specialist | Portugal

Are you passionate about technology and helping people solve technical problems? Cross Border Talents is looking for a French and English-speaking Technical Support Specialist to join an international team in Portugal.

Your responsibilities

• Assist customers with technical questions and troubleshooting
• Identify issues and guide users through practical solutions
• Provide clear, professional support in French and English
• Deliver a positive customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow established procedures and maintain accurate records

What we're looking for

• Fluency in French and English
• At least 1 year of experience in BPO or technical support
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A customer-oriented attitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work on-site in Portugal
