CBTalents is seeking a Norwegian- and English-speaking Solutions Consultant for an on-site opportunity in Sofia, Bulgaria.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them towards effective solutions.

Your responsibilities

• Assist customers through phone, chat, and email.
• Understand customer questions and provide clear, relevant guidance.
• Identify suitable solutions and help resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain professional communication and accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a consistent customer experience.

Your profile

• Fluent Norwegian and good English communication skills.
• Strong listening, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• A customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
• Willingness to work on-site in Sofia.

Practical information

• Location: Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Work model: On-site.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00.
• On-site training provided.
• Relocation support available, including assistance with moving costs, temporary accommodation, and finding long-term housing.
• A welcome bonus is available to eligible candidates with the right to work in the EU, subject to the applicable conditions.
