Cross Border Talents is looking for Dutch-speaking Beauty Advisers to join an international customer support team in Porto, Portugal.

If you enjoy helping people discover the right beauty products and delivering exceptional customer experiences, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Your responsibilities

• Assist customers via live chat, phone, email, web forms, and social media.
• Answer product-related questions and provide personalized beauty advice.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.
• Support customers with online orders, deliveries, returns, and refunds.
• Provide information about product features, alternatives, and usage.
• Process customer data requests in accordance with privacy regulations.
• Record and escalate health-related product reports when necessary.

What we're looking for

• Native-level Dutch proficiency.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Empathy and a strong customer-first mindset.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Confident IT skills and the ability to use digital tools efficiently.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts.

It's a plus if you have

• Experience in customer service or customer support.
• An interest in cosmetics, skincare, or the beauty industry.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and social media.

Working conditions

• Location: Porto, Portugal.
• Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
• Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 20:00.
• Employment contract under Portuguese law.
