Your Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries in French
- Provide accurate information and practical assistance
- Identify customer needs and help resolve service-related issues
- Handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently
- Follow internal processes to maintain service quality
What We're Looking For
- Fluent French proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A helpful, patient, and problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work within a rotating schedule between 07:00 and 19:00, Monday through Saturday
- Residence within 30 km of Porto, Portugal
