Customer Service Representative – French & English

Location: Porto, Portugal | Work Model: On-site, Start date: 12/11/1026

I am seeking a French and English-speaking Customer Service Representative to provide high-quality customer support and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, resolving customer issues, assisting multiple markets, and providing support related to healthcare or technical products and services.

Requirements:

• Fluent French and advanced English (C1 level).
• Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage customer complaints, handle sensitive situations, and work under pressure.
• Ability to learn and retain large amounts of information.
• Experience in healthcare, technical support, diabetes, or medical devices is an advantage.

• Rotating shifts Monday to Sunday, covering 24/7 operations, with two rotating days off.
• Occasional night shifts between 22:00 and 07:00.
