Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions about the application and its features.
• Handle inbound calls and provide clear, helpful solutions.
• Support users with account creation and balance management.
• Explain available services and application functionalities.

Requirements

• Fluent or native-level French.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A customer-focused and proactive approach.
