What you'll do

• Handle incoming customer enquiries in German and English.
• Be the first point of contact for a range of retail-related questions.
• Help customers understand available products and services.
• Present relevant product options based on customer needs.
• Deliver friendly, clear and professional support.

What we're looking for

• Native-level or fluent German.
• Good English proficiency.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A sales-oriented approach and confidence when discussing product ranges.

The practical details

• Location: Porto, Portugal
• Work model: Hybrid
• Schedule: Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, with two rotating days off
• Shift window: Between 06:00 and 21:00
• Relocation: Support is not provided
