About the Opportunity
Are you fluent in Spanish and enjoy assisting people? We are looking for a customer-focused professional to join a retail customer support team in Lisbon.
This role offers the chance to work in an international setting, develop your customer support skills, and build your experience in a customer-focused environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for retail customers seeking assistance
• Respond to customer questions and provide relevant information in Spanish
• Help resolve issues while maintaining a professional and friendly approach
• Follow internal guidelines to ensure a consistent customer experience

Who We're Looking For

• Fluent/native-level Spanish proficiency
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities
• A helpful, patient, and solution-oriented mindset
• Current residence in Lisbon, Portugal
• Availability to work on-site, Monday to Friday
