German-Speaking Customer Care Specialist – Bucharest, Romania

Location: Bucharest, Romania
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days working remotely)
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00

About the Opportunity

Are you fluent in German and English and enjoy helping people find solutions? We are looking for a customer-focused professional to join an international team in Bucharest.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, problem-solving, and working in a multicultural environment while delivering a smooth and positive customer experience.

Your Main Tasks

• Communicate with customers through phone, email, and live chat
• Understand customer concerns and provide relevant solutions
• Keep customer records and case updates organized in the CRM system
• Work closely with other departments to resolve more complex requests
• Recognize opportunities to recommend additional products or services
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and overall service quality

What We're Looking For

• C1–C2 level German, with strong speaking and writing skills
• At least B2 level English for internal communication
• Excellent interpersonal skills and active listening
• Good knowledge of computer applications and MS Office
• A patient, proactive, and customer-oriented approach
• Ability to document interactions accurately and handle sensitive enquiries professionally
• Previous experience in customer support or a similar position is an advantage
• Availability for a full-time role and three days per week at the Bucharest office
