Your responsibilities after training:

• Help users resolve advertising account and payment issues
• Troubleshoot problems with campaigns and platform functionality
• Explain advertising requirements and available features
• Provide support via email, chat, and phone
• Escalate complex cases and maintain accurate documentation

40 hours per week, with rotating shifts
