Your responsibilities:

• Assist business clients with questions and technical issues
• Troubleshoot account and operational problems
• Provide accurate information and tailored solutions
• Support customers through phone, email, and/or chat
• Follow established procedures and maintain high service standards

Your profile:

• Fluent Spanish and English
• Experience in digital marketing and paid campaign management
• AdTech customer service or contact centre experience
• Understanding of social media and digital advertising

Lisbon, Portugal | On-site
Rotational 24/7 shifts, including nights, with two rotating days off.

No relocation support is available.
