Cross Border Talents is looking for an Operations Customer Expert to support users with their advertising experience on a leading digital platform.

Your responsibilities:

• Resolve issues related to ads, ad accounts, payments, and account access
• Help users understand advertising policies and platform guidelines
• Troubleshoot ad creation, delivery, billing, and technical issues
• Support users via email, chat, and phone
• Document cases and escalate complex issues when needed

You'll receive comprehensive training to help you develop the knowledge and skills required for the role.
