About the Role

Are you a Dutch speaker with strong communication skills and an interest in technology? Join our international team in Athens and provide professional B2B support for business customers using printing solutions.

As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Agent, you will handle customer inquiries, assist with basic technical troubleshooting, and help ensure smooth order and service processes. You'll receive structured onboarding and ongoing support as you develop your expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line B2B customer support via phone and email.
• Troubleshoot basic printer-related issues and guide customers through solutions.
• Create and escalate complex support tickets to the appropriate technical team.
• Assist with orders for consumables, including toner and printer drums.
• Use CRM and service management tools to document interactions and track cases.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with business customers.
• Follow established procedures to ensure efficient, high-quality service.

Requirements

• Dutch proficiency at native level or C1.
• English proficiency at B2 for training and access to internal knowledge resources.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Good computer skills and confidence working with multiple systems.
• Strong business communication and customer service abilities.
• Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not essential.
