French-Speaking Customer Service Agent

Location: Braga, Portugal

Contract: 6 months

Your Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly customer support in French.
• Respond to customer enquiries and help resolve issues.
• Communicate clearly and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high service standards.

Requirements

• Native-level or C2 French proficiency, with excellent pronunciation.
• Must already reside in Portugal.
• Must live within 50 km of the office in Braga.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site and follow a rotational schedule.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday: rotational shifts between 07:00 and 19:00.
• Saturday: shifts between 08:00 and 15:00.
• Two days off: Sunday and one rotating day.

Please note: Relocation support is not available. Candidates living outside the specified radius or requiring relocation cannot be considered.
