What you'll do

• Help customers with orders, products, deliveries and returns
• Solve after-sales questions quickly and kindly
• Follow up on cases until they are fully resolved
• Keep customer records up to date in internal systems

What we're looking for

• Native-level Spanish and Basque (Euskera)
• Very good English
• Empathy, patience and a customer-focused attitude
• Comfortable with digital tools and different support channels
• Open to rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, between 09:00 and 23:00
• Based in Barcelona or ready to move
