ABOUT THE POSITION

Are you a fluent Dutch speaker looking for a customer support opportunity in Greece?

We are looking for Dutch and English-speaking Customer Support professionals to join an international team. In this role, you will assist customers, answer inquiries, and provide high-quality support in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist customers in Dutch and English.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Deliver professional and customer-focused support.
• Resolve issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain high customer service and quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece if currently living abroad.
• Ability to meet the work-from-home requirements.

RELOCATION SUPPORT

Eligible candidates may receive:

• Up to 3 weeks of hotel accommodation near the office.
• Financial relocation assistance for eligible candidates moving from abroad.
• Support with employment documentation.

Important: Candidates relocating from abroad must arrive in Athens 7 days before their start date to complete the required documentation. Relocated employees must work on-site for the first 3 months before transitioning to remote work. Exceptions may apply to candidates who already have confirmed accommodation and a suitable internet connection in Greece.
