Customer Service Representative – Outbound | Lisbon, Portugal

We are hiring Outbound Customer Service Representatives for an opportunity in the telecommunications sector in Lisbon.

Your responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers through outbound calls.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Present mobile, internet and other telecom solutions.
• Persuade prospects and convert them into new customers.
• Work towards customer acquisition and sales targets.

What we are looking for:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in making outbound calls.
• A persuasive and customer-oriented approach.
• Motivation to work towards sales targets.
• Previous telesales, outbound sales or customer service experience is an advantage.

Salary and benefits:

• Base salary: €920 gross/month.
• Holiday allowance: €76.67/month.
• Christmas allowance: €76.67/month.
• Meal allowance: €7 per working day.
• Indicative monthly gross package: €1,227.33, based on 22 working days.
• Private health and dental insurance after contract signature, subject to eligibility.
• 22 days of annual leave.

Working conditions:

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal – on-site.
• 40 hours per week.
• Training: 5 working days plus up to 5 days of practical training.
• Initial contract: 12 months, with possibility of extension.
• Training compensation: €10 per day, subject to successful completion.
