German-Speaking Customer Service Representative – Bucharest

Location: Bucharest, Romania
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00

About the Role

We are looking for a German and English-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team in Bucharest. In this role, you will assist customers across multiple communication channels, resolve enquiries, and contribute to an excellent customer experience in a professional and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, email, and live chat
• Respond to enquiries and provide effective solutions
• Document customer interactions accurately using CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex issues when necessary
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards

Requirements

• Advanced German proficiency (C1–C2), both written and spoken
• English proficiency at B2 level or above
• Strong communication and active-listening skills
• Good computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office
• Customer-oriented, patient, empathetic, and solution-focused attitude
• Ability to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage
• Availability to work full-time and commute to the office three days per week
