About the Position

Join our client in Spain as an Account Executive, focusing on the Polish market. This hybrid role in Madrid involves managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing subscriptions, and offers a dynamic environment with uncapped commission potential.

Additional Information

  • Permanent contract.
  • Comprehensive training provided for approximately 4 weeks during the first month, conducted fully on-site in Madrid.
  • Monthly commission target of 600 EUR, with performance multipliers: <80% of target = x1; 80% = x1.3; 100% = x2; 150% = x3.
  • Quarterly bonus: A 3x multiplier is applied to the full quarter's commissions if the average quarterly achievement exceeds 150% (assessed on March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31).
  • Internal growth opportunities: Base salary increases to 35,000 EUR for AE2 and 40,000 EUR for AE3.
  • Ramp-Up targets: M0 0%, M1 0%, M2 30%, M3 60%, M4 100%. During Ramp-Up, the multiplier is x1 until 100% of target is reached.
  • Enjoy 22 days of annual leave, plus discretionary days between December 24-31.

Requirements

  • Native-level or bilingual proficiency in Polish.
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
  • 1-6 years of solid commercial experience (BDR / SDR / call center / outbound prospecting).
  • Mandatory residence in Spain.
  • Comfortable with strong cold-calling volumes (approximately 80-100 calls/day).
  • Strong KPI and metrics orientation.
  • Availability aligned with US time zone.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and client meetings to free trial management and subscription closure.
  • Handover accounts to the Customer Experience team post-subscription close.
  • Handle auto-assigned leads efficiently.
  • Achieve daily call volumes of approximately 80-100 calls.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) including calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) generated.

Key Information

  • Work Model: Hybrid
  • Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 18:00, and Friday from 9:00 to 15:00. Flexibility and availability aligned with the US time zone are valued, especially during onboarding.

  • Gross Salary: 30,000 EUR gross per year base, plus uncapped variable commissions.
