What Youll Do

As a Customer Support Specialist, youll help airline customers with queries via phone, social media, chat, and email, delivering exceptional service every step of the way.

What Were Looking For

Were on the hunt for German or Dutch-speaking adventurers with:

• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• A friendly, can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset.
• Computer literacy (ECDL certification is a plus).
• Previous customer service experience (preferred but not requiredwell train you!).
• Flexibility to work on a rotating roster from Monday to Sunday.
