Location: Athens, Greece (Hybrid)
Contract: Permanent | Full-time (40h/week)
Salary: Up to 1,750 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance Bonus (20%)

What Youll Do:

Manage a portfolio of B2B clients, ensuring their goals are met.
Cold call & upsell to expand our client base and boost revenue.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
Meet and exceed sales & retention targets.
Provide strategic insights to help clients optimize our services.
Collaborate with internal teams for a seamless customer experience.

What Were Looking For:

Proven experience in B2B sales, cold calling & upselling.
Strong communication & relationship-building skills.
Results-driven mindset with a history of exceeding targets.
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).
Fluent English (B2+), additional languages are a plus.
Excellent problem-solving & time-management skills.
