Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Assistance: Deliver exceptional support to French-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, efficiently addressing their concerns and resolving issues.

  • Data Entry: Keep accurate records of client interactions and feedback in our CRM system.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in French, with a B2 level or higher in English.
  • Eligibility: Must have EU citizenship or a Portuguese residence card.
  • Experience: Previous experience in client support or a related role is a plus, but not required.
  • Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal (Relocation package available for those moving from abroad).
