Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat in Danish.
  • Respond to customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Assist customers with account-related questions, product information, and service issues.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical and operational concerns.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in company systems.
  • Escalate complex cases to the relevant teams when necessary.
  • Maintain service quality standards and adhere to company policies.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent level of Danish (C1).
  • Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable using computer systems and digital tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Availability to work on-site in Lisbon.
