About the Role
We are looking for a Finnish Speaking Google Ads Sales Executive to join an international sales team in Barcelona. In this role, you will work with Finnish-speaking clients, helping them design and optimize online advertising strategies using Google Ads solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, driving customer success while achieving individual and team sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of Finnish-speaking advertisers

Identify business needs and recommend tailored Google Ads solutions

Drive sales growth by optimizing campaigns and improving performance

Build strong, long-term client relationships through consultative selling

Analyze data and insights to support decision-making and performance improvements

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success

Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
Requirements

BA/BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience
-
C2 level of Finnish and high level of English

1–2 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or online advertising

Knowledge of Google products such as Google Ads, AdSense, or YouTube

Strong communication, time management, and analytical skills
