About the Role

We are seeking a Croatian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international service team based in Bulgaria. In this role, you will support customers via phone, chat, and email, providing professional and friendly assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Croatian and English

• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and live chat

• Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate information

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records

• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve cases efficiently

Requirements

✅ Native or Fluent Croatian
✅ Good command of English
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Customer-service mindset & problem-solving ability
✅ Ability to work rotational shifts including weekends
✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
