Cross Border Talents is hiring a Greek-English Content Moderator for a leading e-commerce platform, on-site in Lisbon, Portugal

Work model: On-site (Lisbon, Portugal) — relocation support provided | 6-month contract
Schedule: 24/7, Monday–Sunday, rotational shifts with 2 rotational days off

What you'll do:

• Review content to ensure product and service standards on an e-commerce platform
• Apply rational, informed decision-making with local market expertise
• Ensure policy and legal compliance for content uploaded to the platform
• Meet quality standards and agreed response-time targets, escalating issues as needed

What we're looking for:

• Fluent/native-level Greek and English proficiency
• Strong content moderation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of e-commerce principles and practices
• Ability to manage high-volume periods and adapt to policy or schedule changes
