As a Customer Support Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
- Assist customers with account-related questions, product information, and service issues.
- Troubleshoot basic technical and operational concerns.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in internal systems.
- Escalate complex issues to specialized teams when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
- Native or fluent level of Dutch (C1).
- Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with effective problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not required.
- Availability to work on-site in Lisbon.
