Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Lisbon. This role is ideal for junior professionals looking to gain valuable experience in customer service while working in a vibrant international environment.

As a Customer Support Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
• Assist customers with account-related questions, product information, and service issues.
• Troubleshoot basic technical and operational concerns.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in internal systems.
• Escalate complex issues to specialized teams when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Native or fluent level of Dutch (C1).
• Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with effective problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not required.
• Availability to work on-site in Lisbon.
