REMOTE Travel Agent -German-Speaking

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in planning and booking their travel itineraries (flights, hotels, car rentals, etc.).
• Provide accurate information about travel options, policies, and destinations.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and professionally.
• Handle customer interactions via phone, email, or chat as required.
• Stay updated on industry trends and company services to ensure top-notch assistance.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German speaker (C2 level).
• Proficiency in English for internal communication.
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday, 08:00 AM 11:00 PM).
• Familiarity with travel booking systems is a plus but not mandatory.
