Role Overview
We are hiring a German-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international customer service team. In this fully remote role, you will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring an excellent experience and timely support.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer support in German

Communicate in English (B1 level) for internal communication and tools

Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Provide product/service guidance and troubleshoot issues

Document customer interactions accurately

Follow internal processes and work towards performance targets

Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements

Native/Fluent German
β
B1 English proficiency
β
Customer-focused mindset & good communication skills

Tech-savvy with ability to learn systems quickly

Comfortable with rotational shifts and remote environment
β
Must reside in Turkey and have proper work eligibility
Working Schedule
π 5 days per week (2 rotational days off)
π Shifts (summer/winter schedules apply):
