Key Responsibilities

Drive business development, lead generation, and qualification to identify and pursue new B2B opportunities.

Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.

Develop, present, and negotiate commercial proposals to maximize revenue opportunities.

Manage and nurture the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.

Collaborate with internal teams to align on client strategies and ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support.

Stay updated on industry trends, digital advertising solutions, and competitor activity.
Requirements

Fluency in German (C1+) and English (C1+).

Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally within the tech or digital advertising space.

Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification methodologies.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: 4,300 BGN gross/month

Target Bonus: up to 2,000 BGN gross/month
