Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development, lead generation, and qualification to identify and pursue new B2B opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.

  • Develop, present, and negotiate commercial proposals to maximize revenue opportunities.

  • Manage and nurture the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on client strategies and ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, digital advertising solutions, and competitor activity.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (C1+) and English (C1+).

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally within the tech or digital advertising space.

  • Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification methodologies.

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: 4,300 BGN gross/month

  • Target Bonus: up to 2,000 BGN gross/month
