Dutch, English-speaking Customer Service

Join a leading global insurance company in Lisbon as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the primary point of contact for customers and insurance brokers, handling inquiries in Dutch and English by phone and email and providing comprehensive information about insurance products and policies.

Key points

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal, a vibrant capital with a rich history, beautiful architecture and a lively cultural scene
• Work model: On-site
• Languages: Dutch and English
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, including bank holidays, between 07:30 AM and 08:00 PM on rotational shifts. Weekends off.
• Compensation: Monthly gross salary, plus a welcome bonus, a performance bonus, a complexity bonus and a daily food allowance for each working day
• Relocation: No relocation support provided

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance sector
• Fluent or native-level Dutch
• Strong proficiency in English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
