About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Finnish-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our growing team in Lisbon. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for assisting Finnish-speaking customers by providing high-quality support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Native-level or fluent Finnish language skills.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
