Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Flemish-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Lisbon. This is an excellent opportunity for junior candidates who are eager to develop their skills in customer service while working in a multicultural and international environment.

As a Customer Support Representative, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in Flemish.
• Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Assist customers with account-related questions, product information, and service requests.
• Troubleshoot basic technical and operational issues.
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when required.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

• Native or fluent level of Flemish (C1).
• Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using computer systems and digital tools.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.
• Availability to work on-site in Lisbon.
