Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Flemish-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Lisbon. As a Customer Support Representative, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in Flemish.
  • Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Assist customers with account-related questions, product information, and service requests.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical and operational issues.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when required.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent level of Flemish (C1).
  • Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable using computer systems and digital tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.
  • Availability to work on-site in Lisbon.
