About the Role

We are seeking a Hebrew-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team in Lithuania. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring a high-quality service experience. The position is fully remote, offering flexibility while maintaining professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries in Hebrew across phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by offering timely and empathetic support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
  • Work in line with company procedures and service quality standards.

Requirements

  • Language skills:
    • Native or C1/C2 level in Hebrew.
    • Minimum B2 level in English (written and verbal).
  • Full-time availability.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
  • Must already be based in Lithuania (remote work permitted).
