Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and chat.
- Offer accurate information about products and services, addressing customer queries professionally.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex problems when needed.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
- Work towards individual and team targets to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent Dutch speaker.
- Good level of English (B2 or higher).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but not required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
