Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and chat.
  • Offer accurate information about products and services, addressing customer queries professionally.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex problems when needed.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
  • Work towards individual and team targets to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent Dutch speaker.
  • Good level of English (B2 or higher).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but not required.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
