Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries in French via phone, email, and/or chat

Assist customers with product or service-related questions, issues, and complaints

Requirements

Fluency in French (B2 or above); English for basic communication

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work on-site in Porto
